Returns are accepted at the discretion of individual sellers.  When buying a dress please take this into consideration before agreeing on a sale and arranging payment.  You can see whether a seller accepts returns clearly on their advert.

If your seller accepts returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please arrange directly with the seller what courier/postage service they would like you to use when returning any dancewear, and agree on costs involved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the seller immediately if the item is not as described, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  If the issue cannot be resolved please contact PayPal to resolve the issue under the Purchase Protection for Buyers
